2. Using Run Planner

- You are responsible for the routes and meetup details you create, including safety and compliance with local laws.
3. Subscription and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing details will be displayed in the app before purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Intellectual property
Run Planner and its content are owned by Run Planner, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a license to host and display it within the app.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, including interfering with security or accessing areas you are not authorized to use.
- Do not upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Do not use Run Planner to harass or harm others.

Run Planner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You use the service at your own risk. We make no guarantees about route accuracy, weather, or runner performance.
